Salon Policies
All clients who cancel their appointments within 24 hrs of their booking will be required to pay a 50% CANCELLATION fee of the appointment amount prior to rebooking.
Not showing up to your appointment will incur a 100% NO SHOW fee equal to the appointment amount prior to rebooking. This includes appointments where the confirmation text that is sent is not responded to.
All clients will receive a notice highlighting the fee owing and must be paid before we will reschedule or accept any further appointments from you.
Effekt Skin Clinic does NOT offer any refunds for services or sales. Risky services such as eyelash extensions, are not refunded. When you book any appointment with eyelash extensions, you risk the chance of reacting to the glue at ANY given time and you will still need to pay the FULL amount of the service. Effekt will not be held responsible for any reactions to the glue but will offer a FREE lash removal.
